Design & City Approvals

Our team prepares architectural plans and coordinates with engineers as needed, then submits the complete package to the city for plan check, revisions, and final permit approval.

STEP THREE

Construction & Rough-Ins

We handle demolition, foundation work, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins, scheduling all required inspections to keep your ADU project moving on schedule.

STEP FOUR

Interior Finishes & Details
